I have only used internet based email in the past (e.g.Yahoo,GMail,Hotmail), how easy is the new iphonemail.co.uk address to setup?
We will send an Engineer to your Home or Work (UK Mainland Only) on a pre-arranged day to setup up to 4 devices (iphone/ipad, mac, pc etc) as part of your Membership agreement. Additional visits and visits outside the UK Mainland can be organised at additional costs.
Can I have more than one email address and how do I use them?
You can have more than one, your dedicated account manager can discuss the options with you.
What if i recieve an email with an attachment that is too big/will take too long to download?
As part of your agreement you have free access to webmail, this can be accessed from any PC or mac that has internet access at:
http://www.iphonemail.co.uk/mail (or click here) then you use your email address and password to logon. If you have any problems just speak to your dedicated account manager.
What happens at the end of my 12 months lease of the email address?
We will contact you via your @iphonemail.co.uk email address 11 months into your contract to offer renewal - there is no notice period - you renew only if you want to. If you decline or we have no response we will disconnect the address at the end of the contract. We reserve the right to reuse the address after 6 months disconnection.
